摘  要:把微波能量应用于物质的高温热处理上是近年来的一个研究热点.由于微波的"有质动力效应",用微波加热物质能极大程度上减少反应时间和能量消耗,因此对Er3+/Yb3+共掺光学频率变换材料的新型微波合成方法进行了研究.所制材料在980,nm及1,540,nm处均有较强的吸收,且在980,nm激光激发下能发出1,540,nm左右的荧光.根据吸收光谱及发射光谱的特点,将其应用于防伪方面并对其光谱图像做了详细的研究.采用本方法制成的防伪涂料防伪特征明显,防伪级别高,具有广阔的应用前景.Because of drastic reduction in processing time and energy cost, microwave radiation applied as an alternative method for synthesizing solids has been recently concerned. Er3+/yb3+ co-doped anti-counterfeiting coating was synthesized using this approach. The phenomenon of microwave enhanced mass transport was observed in this process, which is attributed to 'microwave ponderomotive effect'. The as-prepared coating has strong absorption at 980 nm and 1 540 nm, and can fluoresce at 1 540 nm with the excitation of 980 nm laser. Its exact spectral images were also studied. According to the characteristics of the absorption and emission spectrum, the as-prepared coating with high security level and obvious anti-counterfeiting features will have a great application.
