摘　　要：文章运用文献资料法、访谈法等研究方法,研究板羽球的起源、发展与流变、价值、习练方法等,并从中挖掘其自身所蕴含的价值:健身、观赏价值;政治、文化价值;教育、经济价值,以及单人习练、双人习练、四人习练等习练方法,旨在让更多体育爱好者在习练过程中受到传统文化的熏陶,以便更好的推广这项传统的运动项目。By adopting the research methods of literatures, interviews etc., the paper studies the origin of the paddle badminton, its development and changes, value, exercise method, etc., and to excavate its values： fitness value, ornamental value; political and cultural value; educational, economical value, and practicing methods： single, double, four people practicing. The study aims to allow more sports fans to get the influence of traditional culture in the process of practicing the sport, in order to better promote sport.
