摘　　要：通过分析国现有的体制问题、加强艺术体操后备人才建设、强化艺术体操教练员素质建设、推进艺术体操市场化进程、缩小中西文化差异,对我国艺术体操发展策略进行研究。The paper firstly analyzes the current system problems in our country and then makes a research on the develop- ment strategies of rhythmic gymnastics from these aspects of strengthening fhe reserve talents construction of rhythmic gym- nastics, enhancing the quality construction of coaches of rhythmic gymnastics, promoting the process of marketization of rhythmic gymnastics and narrowing the differences between Chinese and Western cultures.
