摘  要:为了探讨中等强度运动对肥胖女性血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)及瘦素(Leptin)的影响,本研究让10名肥胖女性在功率自行车上进行强度为60%HRR,持续1小时的运动,结果发现,与对照组相比,安静状态下,肥胖者的TNF-α浓度比非肥胖者有所增加,Leptin水平显著增加,运动后即刻TNF-α、Leptin均比安静时有所增加,并在运动后3h达到最高,且TNF-α的变化与Leptin显著相关,提示,一次急性运动对肥胖相关因子TNF-α、Leptin有影响,TNF-α、Leptin在肥胖调节中可能有作用。In order to discuss the influences of moderate-intensity exercise on serum TNF-aand leptin of obese women, the study made 10 obese women to ride bicycles with intensity of 60% HRR for one hour. The results showed that obese women's TNF-adensity was higher than those non-obese women and their leptin levels increased in the quiet state compared with the control group. And their TNF-aand leptin have increased and reached the highest level in three hours after the exercise and the changes of TNF-awas obviously related to leptin. In view of this, we can drew the conclusion that a vigorous exercise will produce some impacts on the TNF-aand leptin of the relevant obese factors, and TNF-aand leptin will have a regulating effect for the obese.
