摘 要:根据流体传动的基本理论知识 ,建立了G型桥溢流阀的动态数学模型 ,然后分别采用微机数字仿真及实验研究的方法 ,对G型π桥溢流阀的动态特性进行了研究 ,并取得了一致的结论 结果表明 :G型π桥溢流阀具有良好的综合性能 ,能同时拥有较好的动态性能和静态性能 ;先导液阻回路各液阻参数对溢流阀的动态特性具有重要影响 ,从而为G型π桥溢流阀的动态设计及性能品质的改善提供了依据 图 9,表 2 ,参On the basis of knowledge about fluid translation, the mathematics model of the relief valve with G-π bridge hydraulic resistances pilot circuit for dynamics characteristics is set up. Besides, an experimental system of CAT for the relief valve is also made to get the test data about the performance of the relief valve. Then the dynamic characteristics of the valve are analyzed by means of digit simulation and experiment. The experimental results fairly meet with conclusion acquired by simulation. The results show that this new type of relief valve has better synthesis performance including good dynamics characteristics and good static state characteristics, when compared with other types of relief valves; and the liquid resistors in pilot circuit can evidently affect the dynamics characteristics of the relief valve. This conclusion offer the reference for guiding the dynamic design of valve with G-π bridge pilot control circuit and improving the quality of the relief valve.8figs.,2tabs.,6refs.
