摘 要:研究了聚苯酯 (Ekonol)的含量对Ekonol-PTFE -石墨自润滑复合材料的磨损性能的影响 ,用扫描电子显微镜观察了此复合材料磨损前和磨损后的表面形貌 ,进而对其磨损机理进行了探讨 结果表明 :当Ekonol含量较少时 ,结晶体仍以带状结构存在 ,磨损中易发生带状破坏导致其耐磨性仍较差 ,磨损机理为严重粘着磨损 ;当Ekonol含量适中时 ,其结晶体以连续网状结构存在 ,其可有效地阻止PTFE基体的带状破坏 ,从而可极大地提高此复合材料的耐磨性 ,磨损机理为疲劳磨损和轻微粘着磨损 ;当Ekonol含量较多时 ,其结晶体以分散状存在 ,磨损机理为晶体剥落 图 7,表 1 ,参The wear properties of Ekonol-PTFE-graphite self-lubricating composite against 45 # steel were studied, and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to study the surfaces before and after they had been worn. It was found that when contained less fraction of Ekonol in the composite, the matrix PTFE's crystalline existed as the structure of belt which could be easily destroyed during friction, consequently its wearability was poor, and its wear mechanism was severe surface adhersion. When contained proper fraction of Ekonol, the matrix PTFE's crystalline existed as the structure of net which could effectively prevented destruction of the PTFE's structure of belt during friction, consequently its wearability was increased greatly, and its wear mechanism was fatigue and slight surface adhesion.When contained more fraction of Ekonol, the matrix PTFE's crystalline existed as dispersal, and its wear mechanism was the stripping of crystalline.7figs.,1tab.,9refs.
