摘 要:乳化重油的粘度变化对重油掺水乳化燃烧技术的应用效果有很大影响 对粘度变化的影响因素进行了系统的实验研究 实验发现 :乳化重油的粘度与其温度、掺水率有关 ,随温度的升高而降低 ,随掺水率的增加而增加 ;对机械乳化的乳化重油 ,其粘度随搅拌速度的增大和搅拌时间的延长而有所增加 ,从而从实验方面论证了粘度增加的本质与能量观点的一致性 ;并且验证和推广了前人提出的经验公式 ,得出了新的实验公式 图 5 ,表 2 ,参The viscosity of emulsified heavy-oil has a significant effect on the combustion technique of water-in-heavy oil emulsion.In this paper,the influential factors were studied systematically by means of experimental research.It is founded that the viscosity of EHO is related to its temperature,the percentage of water added in oil(PWA)and the agitating degree.The experimental results also show that when the temperature of EHO increases,its viscosity will decrease,and when PWA increases,the viscosity will increase too.For the EHO by the way of the machinery emulsification ,its viscosity will increase a few as the increasing of the agitating speed and the agitating time. It shows that the viscosity is related to the dispersivity of water and proves that the nature of viscosity increasing is consistent with the energy theory.Then a new experimental formula is obtained after the test and popularization of an experimental formula.5figs.,2tabs.,8refs.
