摘 要:目的探讨超声诊断和治疗发育性髋关节异常(Developmental Dysplasia of The Hip,DDH)的价值。方法采用Graf法对432例新生儿髋关节进行检查及评估分析,并随访观察所有DDH患儿。结果超声诊断髋关节脱位5例,发育不良31例,分别行外展操锻炼、Pavlik吊带治疗及手术治疗;超声随访,19例超声指标正常,11例好转,6例失访。结论超声能有效地评估婴儿髋关节的发育情况,可作为DDH的早期诊断和疗效评估的主要手段。Objectives To investigate the diagnostic and therapeutic value of high-frequency ultrasound in developmental dysplasia of the hip(DDH). Methods 432 newborns' hips are examined and estimated with the method of Graf, and all of the children with DDH are given some follow-up visits. Results 5 newborns are diagnosed as dislocation of hip joint by ultrasound, and 31 are DDH. All the patients are respectively supplied with abduction exercises, Pavlik therapy and surgery. Ultrasound indexes of 19 patients are normal, 11 take a turn for the better, and 6 are lost in the follow-up visit of ultrasound. Conclusions The ultrasound is an effective method to estimate the development of hip joint of newborn, and taken as a key method in the early diagnosis and response evaluation of DDH.
