优质护理服务在手术室运用中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究优质护理服务工作在手术室护理工作中的临床运用效果。方法选取在我院接受手术治疗的患者80例,将患者分成对照组和观察组,对照组实施术前准备以及相关健康教育等传统手术室护理方法,观察组在实施常规手术室护理方式的同时对患者实行优质护理服务,对两组患者护理干预前后的焦虑情绪评分,记录两组患者在手术过程中对手术工作的配合情况。结果观察组采用护理干预前选用焦虑自评量表评分为(37.2±4.3)分,护理干预后(30.2±3.6)分,对照组进行护理干预前(37.2±3.5)分,护理干预后(34.7±2.8)分。结论手术室施行优质服务工作能帮助缓解患者手术情绪,使患者积极配合医生进行手术,提高患者护理满意程度,取得护理效果良好。Objective To explore high quality nursing service work in the operating room nursing work in clinical application effect. Methods Select surgery in our hospital in 80 cases, patients will be divided into control group and observation group and control group in implementation of preoperative preparation and related health education and traditional the operating room nursing method, the observation group in the implementation of the regular operating room nursing mode to the patient at the same time the high quality nursing service, the two groups of patients before and after the nursing intervention of anxiety score record, two groups of patients in the operation process to the surgery with work situation. Results The observed group nursing intervention before choose anxiety self-assessment scale score of 37.2±4.3 points,after nursing intervention （30.2±3.6 points,control group before the nursing intervention（37.2 ±3.5points,alter nursing intervention （34.7±2.8points. Conclusion The operating room and high quality service can help alleviate the patient surgery mood, make patient actively cooperate with the doctor performed the operation and improve patient care, nursing satisfaction obtained good effect.
