非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎手术治疗的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎的手术治疗。方法回顾性分析52例非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎患者,全部施行鼻内镜手术,9例同时采用克陆氏手术,术后定期随访。结果采用（1997,海口）内镜鼻窦手术疗效评定标准。术后随访1~3年,治愈46例（占88.46%）,好转4例（占7.69%）,无效2例（占3.85%）。结论手术解除窦口鼻道复合体病变,恢复鼻腔通气引流为原则治疗方法取得了良好的疗效,鼻内镜手术已成为非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎治疗的首选,必要时可采用鼻内镜术、克陆氏手术双径路治疗。Objective To investigate surgery treatment of noninvasive fungal rhino-sinusitis （NIFRS）. Methods 52 patients of NIFRS were analysed retrospectively. All of them were performed endoscopic sinus surgery （ESS） and, meanwhile, nine of them were performed CaldweI-Luc operation. After surgeron, all the patients were followed-up. Resutlt Haikou criterion of curative effect of ESS was applied. All the patients have been followed-up for 1-3years. 46 cases were cured （accounting for 88.46%）, 4 cases were improved （accounting for 7.69% ）, and 2 cases were ineffective （accounting for 3.85%）. Conelusitons Therapic methods which are based on the principle that the affection of ostiorneatal complex was removed achieved positive effect. Endoscopic sinus surgery has been the most important treatment of noninvasive fungal rhino-sinusitis, and Caldwel-Luc operation can cooperate with it in some special conditions.
