骨痹回春汤联合骨痹散热敷治疗腰肌劳损的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨骨痹回春汤联合骨痹散热敷治疗腰肌劳损的临床疗效。方法将所有病例随机分为治疗组和对照组两组,每组70例。治疗组根据传统医学的标本兼治的治疗原则,采取内服外敷的治疗方案,运用我院自拟骨痹回春汤联合骨痹散治疗腰肌劳损。结果治疗组痊愈23例,显效36例,有效11例,无效0例。对照组痊愈10例,显效28例,有效24例,无效8例。治疗组痊愈所需平均时间为14d,明显短于对照组的22d(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论骨痹回春汤联合骨痹散联合治疗腰肌劳损,可以显著增强疗效,临床应用疗效甚佳。Objective To study the bone rheumatism Huichun decoction combined with bone rheumatism heat packing in the treatment of lumbar muscle strain clinical curative effect. Methods All patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, two groups, 70 cases in each group. The treatment group according to traditional medicine cure treatment principle, take the internal and external treatment, use of our hospital with arthralgia Huichun decoction combined with Gubi powder in the treatment of lumbar muscle strain. Results The treatment group 23 cases were cured, 36 cases were markedly effective, 11 cases effective, 0 cases are invalid. The control group 10 cases were cured, 28 cases were markedly effective, 24 cases effective, 8 cases are invalid. The treatment group were required for an average time of 14 days, significantly shorter than the control group on the 22 day （P〈0.05）, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Involving the Bone Rejuvenation Soup and Involving the Bone Scattered Heat Treatment Muscle Strain, Can significantly enhance the efficacy, clinical application of very good effect.
