准贝氏体钢矿用高强度圆环链试验研究

摘　　要：将准贝氏体钢应用于矿用高强度圆环链，试验结果表明，准贝氏体钢制造的矿用高强度C级圆环链，性能完全满足国家标准要求，与进口圆环链专用钢的性能对比表明，准贝氏体钢可以替代进口圆环链用钢23CrMnNiMoA，是一种新型矿用高强度圆环链用钢。The high-tensile steel chains round links for ndning is made of meta-bainited steel. The results show that the C-grade high-tensile chains round links made of the steel completely meet the requirements of the national standard.Comparing with the properties of imported special steel material, the metabainited steel can properly replace the imported steel 23 CrMareiMoA used for chains.The meta-bainited steel is a new sort of high-tensile chain steel.
