摘　　要：通过对软面板按键疲劳性能的分析，根据疲劳极限测试方法，设计了一种矿用设备按键寿命测试仪，采用电机驱动转轮，转轮盘上带有六个可调触头，转轮和可调触头之间采用螺纹连接，利用弹簧元件带动压杆复位装置来缓冲按压力，模拟人手的按压动作，并用计数器统计按压次数，有效地控制软面板的质量，提高产品的可靠性。A tester is designed to detect fatigue property of mining device sofrpanel by analyzing the method of fatigue limit. The electric machine impetuses the cam gear to rotate. The cam gear has six adjustable contact. Threaded connection is applied to the cam gear and the adjustable contact. It imitates the press of the hand by retracting the spring element. It counts the number of times through the monolithic integrated circuit. The method controls quality of softpanel effectively, improves the reliability of product.
