摘　　要：通过分析天津海洋产业结构现状,运用三大指标反映天津市海洋产业结构变化特点,揭示了天津市海洋经济产业结构的发展瓶颈,得出天津市海洋二三产业的发展极不平衡的结论,最后针对此种现象,提出了优化天津市海洋产业结构的建议及对策。The paper analyses the status of the Tianjin marine economic industrial structure, and uses three indexes to reflect the characteristics of Tianjin marine economic industrial structure＇s change, reveals the problems in the Tianjin marine economic industry structure, and then draws the conclusion that there are a series of unbalances between the secondary and tertiary marine industries. Finally, it puts forward the suggestions and countermeasures on optimizing the Tianjin marine economic industry structure.
