高校学生党建工作的现状分析及对策研究——基于江苏省高校的网络问卷调查

摘　　要：通过一项在江苏省高校进行的题为"加强和改进高校学生党建工作"的网络问卷调查发现,在新形势下,高校学生党建工作面临诸多挑战:大学生的政治信仰复杂化、入党动机多元化、大学生党员结构不合理、忽视大学生入党后的继续教育以及大学生党员作用发挥不够充分等,这就需要高校从加强大学生党课教育、发展大学生党员的重心前移、严把大学生入党的"入口关"、拓宽大学生党员作用发挥平台、重视和加强基层党务工作队伍建设等方面探讨有效的对策,以切实加强和改进高校学生党建工作。The results of the internet questionnaire of strengthening and improving the Party building in u- niversity students show that the Party building faces with many challenges, such as the complicated political beliefs of the students, the diversity in the motivation of joining the Party, unreasonable structure of Party members of university students, negligence of the education of Party members and insufficient exercise of the role model of the CPC. The challenges call for strengthening the CPC education,＇recruiting Party members in the lower graders, guaranteeing the Party entry, widening the work platform for Party members and attaching importance to the measures in the relevant staff construction to promote the Party building in university students.
