摘 要:目的对分离自呼吸道感染患者痰液的1株革兰阴性杆状细菌进行鉴定,探讨其种系发生及分类学特征。方法分别从形态、生理、生化特性等表型性状对分离菌做出初步鉴定,并通过细菌16SrRNA基因测序及序列比对明确其种系来源。结果分离菌株为革兰阴性小杆菌,生化反应极不活泼,对多数常用抗生素和化学疗剂不敏感;Blast序列比对显示该分离菌和海洋类香菌的相似度为96.2%。结论根据表型性状和种系分析发生结果证实该菌株为类香菌属的一个新菌种。Objectives To identify a Gram-negative rod bacillus strain isolated from the sputum of patients with a respiratory infection and to examine its phylogenic and taxonomic characteristics. Methods Initial identification was done using phenotypic characteristics such as morphological, physiological, and biochemical characteristics to ascertain the strain 's taxonomic status according to 16S rRNA gene sequencing and alignment. Results The isolated strain was a Gramnegative small bacillus that was not biochemically reactive. The strain was resistant to many classic antibiotics and chemotherapy agents. The isolated strain exhibited 96.2 % similarity to M. profundi according to BLAST sequence alignment. Conclusion The isolated strain was assigned to a new species of the Myroides genus based on its phenotypic characteristics and analysis of its phylogeny.
