难治性皮下裂头蚴1例报告

摘　　要：本文报告了1例反复发作反复治疗的难治性皮下裂头蚴病病例。患者因食用未煮熟的蛙肉而感染。经剂量为20mg/kg体重吡喹酮治疗4次后症状消失。This paper reports a case of refractory subcutaneous sparganosis that recurred and was repeatedly treated. The patient was infected as a result of eating an undercooked frog. The symptoms disappeared after 4 treatments with praziquantel in a total dose of 20 mg / kg weight.
