摘　　要：发展订单农业,对于加快我国农业产业化进程和增加农民收入具有非常积极的作用。但在实际运作中,履约率低成为制约订单农业发展的重要因素之一。本文利用博弈论对订单农业中农户与龙头企业在订单履约时所发生的"履约困境"进行研究,立足"大金融"视角探讨建立订单农业双方契约风险管理的合作机制。Developing order agriculture plays a positive role in accelerating the process of agricultural industrialization in China and increasing farmers＂ income. But in practice, low execution rate becomes one of the important factors restricting the development of order agriculture. The paper uses game theory to study the performance dilemma when farmers and leading enterprises implement agricultural orders, and probes into constructing cooperation mechanism of contract risk management of order agriculture based on the perspective of ＂Systemic Finance＂.
