发行库科学分布及与钞票处理中心匹配问题研究——以陕西省为例

摘　　要：运用现代物流理念和方法来有效管理发行基金的流通和周转是对货币发行科学发展的有益探索。本文基于发行库具有的物流网点基本特征,借鉴现代物流理论中关于物流网点的布局理念,针对陕西省发行库及钞票处理中心布局的现状,为建立一个低成本、高效益、优服务的货币物流仓储网络系统,提出发行库科学分布及与钞票处理中心匹配的思考。Effective managing the circulation and turnover of the issuing funds by using modem logistics concepts and methods is a beneficial exploration to the scientific development of the currency issue. Based on the basic characteristics of issuing treasury own- hag the logistics network, learned from the idea of the logistics network layout in the modem logistics theory, in view of the present sit- uation of the layout of issuing treasury and cash processing center ha Shaanxi province, the paper proposes the reflection on issuing treasury＇s scientific distribution and its matching with cash processing center ha order to establish a monetary logistics warehousing net- work system with a low cost, high efficiency and excellent service.
