摘  要:采用传统的高温固相法合成了一系列M2Al2SiO7︰Eu2+(M=Ca,Sr)荧光粉,并系统地研究了其结构、漫反射光谱、激发光谱、发射光谱及浓度猝灭和温度猝灭特性.研究结果表明,M2Al2SiO7︰Eu2+(M=Ca,Sr)的激发光谱均在250~300nm和350~450nm范围内具有两个宽的吸收带,与近紫外LED芯片发出的紫外光相匹配.Ca2Al2SiO7︰Eu2+和Sr2Al2SiO7︰Eu2+荧光粉的发射峰分别为位于约536nm黄绿光和487nm处的蓝绿光,它们的发射峰归属于Eu2+的5d-4f跃迁发射.Eu2+在M2Al2SiO7(M=Ca,Sr)中的最佳掺杂浓度均为x=0.005.Ca2Al2SiO7︰Eu2+和Sr2Al2SiO7︰Eu2+荧光粉在375K时的发光强度分别为室温时的69%和68%.A serials of M2 Al2 SiO7 : Eu2+ (M= Ca, Sr) phosphors were synthesized by conventional solid state reaction technology and systemically investigated including its structure, diffuse reflection spectra,photo- luminescent excitation and emission spectra, concentration quenching process and thermal quenching process. The results show that two broad bands in wavelength range of 250-300 nm and 350-450 nm were observed in excitation spectra of all the Mz Alz SiO7 : Eu2+ (M = Ca, Sr) phosphors, which perfectly matcheed the emission wavelength of near UV light emitting diodes (LEDs). The emission spectra of both Eu2+ in CazAl2SiOTand Sr2Al2SiO7 host show yellowish green peak at 536 nm and bluish green emission peak at 487 nm,respectively. The broad emission band in emission M2Al2SiO7 :Eu2+ (M=Ca,Sr)phosphors is at- tributed to the 5d-4f transition of the Eu2+ ion. The optimal concentration of Eu2+ ion in M2Al2SiO7 (M= Ca,Sr) is x=0. 005. The emission intensity of both Ca2 Al2 SiO7 :Eu2+ and Sr2 Al2 SiO7 :Eu2+ phosphors at 375K were 69% and 68% at room temperature.
