摘 要:在处置各类突发事件中,车辆装备作为重要的运输工具发挥着重要作用。然而,针对车辆装备应急保障问题,如何从战区内紧急抽组保障力量遂行车辆装备应急保障任务是亟需解决的问题。结合战区内多点同时需要对车辆装备进行应急保障的实际,运用蒙特卡罗模拟法对抽组对象的优先度进行了评价,建立了基于抽组对象优先度的车辆装备应急保障力量抽组模型,并以实例进行了验算。实例结果表明:该方法科学合理,符合客观实际,可为车辆装备应急保障力量抽组决策提供支持。In disposing of all kinds of emergency, vehicle equipment plays a significant role as an important means of transportation. However, for the issues of vehicle equipment emergency support, how to dispatch emergency support forces from the war zone and line vehicle emergency guarantee tasks is the problem to be addressed urgently. This article combines the fact that there are various points in the war zone which need for vehicle equipment emergency support at the same time, use Monte Carlo simulation method to evaluate the priority degree of the dispatching groups, build the vehicle equipment emergency support force dispatching model based on the priority degree of dispatching groups, and check it with the practical example. Test results indicate that the method is scientific and reasonable, consistent with the objective reality, and can provide support for dispatching decision of the vehicle equipment emergency support force.
