摘　　要：运用法理学的有关原理与方法,以体育非物质文化遗产保护为对象进行体育法修改的探讨。认为体育法中增加和完善体育非物质文化遗产的保护条款具有国际法、宪法立法依据,是体育法与同位法、其他法规的一致性诉求。建议在总则中增加"国家推进体育文化建设,保护优秀体育历史文化遗产"专门条款,并在专项条款中增加"体育文化"章节。This article discussed the sports law amendment based on protection of non -ma｜erial cultural heritage with the principles and methods of jurisprudence. It is pointed out that adding and perfecting the clauses oll protection of non - material cultural heritage in sports law has international and legislative basis, which is a demand of keeping up with other cooperative laws. Suggestions were made to add a special legal clause of National Promotion of Sports Culture and Protection of All Splendid Cultural Sports Heritage, of which a section of Sports Culture is added.
