摘 要:为掌握中外体操人才培养特点,对中国、美国、澳大利亚体操的组织管理、运动员和教练员规模、国外体操俱乐部运行特点对比分析,结果显示:美国体操采用社会组织管理方式,以体操俱乐部为体操人才培养核心主体,体操产业化发展呈现良好趋势;澳大利亚以体操俱乐部-体校-体院相结合的联合人才培养组织形式为主;美国和澳大利亚10万人左右的体操运动员队伍远大于我国7000多体操运动员的规模;两个国家以体操俱乐部健身、娱乐功能开发和业余化训练制度为理念,以多训练水平等级和丰富的竞赛制度为支撑,瞄准体操市场化和社会化的发展思路为我国体操人才培养提供了积极借鉴意义。In order to fully grasp the characteristics of Chinese and foreign gymnastics personnel training, a comparative analysis was made on the gymnastics organization management, athletes and coaches scale, gymnastics club operation characteristics China, the United States and Australia. Results show that the United States gymnastics adopts social organization and management with gymnastics club as the core subject of cultivating talents development of gymnastics, and gymnastics industry appears a good trend; Australian gymnastics is a combination organization of club- sports school- college; A team of about 100 thousand gymnasts in the United States and Australia is much larger than the scale of China with more than 7,000 gymnasts;The two countries,taking gymnastics club fitness, entertainment function development and amateur training system as the concept, with many training level and rich competition system as the support, aiming at the gymnastics marketing and socialization, has provided a positive reference for Chinese gymnastics development.
