摘　　要：主要介绍了筒节冷卷过程中回弹量的有效计算、控制方法和卷板机能力的换算。这样可使操作者减少因经验缺乏引起的误操作,从而降低材料的浪费,提高了卷板的精度和设备的利用率,并提高了企业的生产效率。The effective calculation of rebound value, the control method and the capacity conversion of veneer reeling machine were introduced during the process of shell ring cold - rolling： The operator＇ s mistakes caused by lack of experience could be reduced. The material waste could be lowered and the accuracy of ve- neer reel and the equipment usage could be improved which could improve the product efficiency of enterpri- ses.
