摘　　要：以第八届全国周培源大学生力学竞赛为契机,在对学生辅导过程中,围绕创新基础力学教学新模式,加强对学生创新思维能力等方面的培养.通过学生参加力学竞赛的实践,不仅在竞赛中取得好成绩,而且也激发学生学习基础力学的热情与动力.Taking the chance of the eighth national Zhou Peiyuan mechanical race, this paper put forward that we should focus on the new teaching mode innovation of basic mechanics and strengthen the cultivation of students＇ creative thinking ability etc in our guidance . Through the practice of mechanical race, the students not only got good achievements in competitions, but also stimulated the enthusiasm and motive of basic mechanics.
