摘　　要：现行的著作权法,对新闻作品的版权保护相当薄弱。新闻作品版权地位的提升,需要从哲学层面寻找法理依据。财产理论在版权哲学中占有重要地位。我国新闻作品的版权保护,报纸版权最具代表性。明晰我国新闻作品的财产属性,使报纸版权保护获得应有的法律地位,对我国新闻业的发展具有理论指导作用。Existing copyright laws provide very weak protection to the copyright of those news works. The copyright status of news works needs to be promoted, which, of course, requires a legal basis from a phil- osophical level. Property theory occupies an important place in the philosophy of copyright. In China＇ s copyright protection, the newspaper copyright is the most representative. A clear recognition of the proper- ty attribute of the country＇s news works plays a key role in enhancing the legal status of the newspaper copyright and have a the oretical guidance in the fight development of the country＇ s news industry.
