摘　　要：目的:研制一种新型便携式外伤处理、镇痛包,用于野外紧急条件下受伤部位的伤口局部处理。方法:采用防渗漏、无反光、轻便的尼龙合成纤维布制成外包装,将伤口处理过程中用到的止血、消毒、镇痛、固定的器具和药物集成于一体,并采用鼻喷式止痛药物及直型缝合针,既便于实际操作,同时又保障了镇痛效果。结果:新型便携式外伤处理、镇痛包可满足外伤条件下伤口的止血、消毒、镇痛、固定功能,操作简便、效果良好,同时防水、防潮,适合应急条件下使用。结论:新型便携式外伤处理、镇痛包集急救、伤口处理等多功能于一体,实用性较强,适合单兵配发应用。Objective To develop a new portable first aid kit for trauma treatment and analgesia in the field. Methods The overwrap of the kit was made of light nylon fiber cloth characterized with less leakage and no light reflection, and the appliances and medicines were assembled for multiple uses such as hemostasis, disinfection, analgesia and fixation. In this kit, the nasal spray of analgesia and the rectus needle were applied for practical procedure as well as effectiveness. Results The new portable first aid kit could meet the demands of hemostasis, disinfection, analgesia and fixation in emergency trauma in the field. In addition, the overwrap of this kit was waterproof and damp proof, which was adapted to the use in emergency. Conclusion The new portable first aid kit has the dual-usage of trauma treatment and analgesia in first aid, which shows fine practicability and can be an individual equipment.
