摘　　要：目的:设计并构建基于"军卫一号"系统的心脏移植信息管理系统,探讨扩展"军卫一号"系统平台,并利用数据库技术进行心脏移植数据管理、分析和临床支持的可能性及应用。方法﹕在分析心脏移植数据流及"军卫一号"系统基础上,完成心脏信息管理系统设计及构建。结果﹕完成了主系统及与其对应的系统维护工具,并作为"军卫一号"的子系统投入临床试用。结论﹕心脏移植信息管理系统显著提高了"军卫一号"系统中心脏移植数据的管理及分析效率,提供了实时的临床支持,具有重要的实用价值。Objective To design and construct a heart transplantation information management system based on No.1 Military Medical Project in order to extend No.1 Military Medical Project platform and to perform heart transplantation data management and analysis as well as clinical application with database technology. Methods The system was developed with the data flow of heart transplantation analyzed, Results The primary system and corresponding maintenance tools were completed, which was adopted as the sub-system of No.1 Military Medical Project for clinical trials. Conclusion The system presented enhances the efficiency of the management and analysis of the heart transplantation in No. 1 Military Medical Project, and thus is worth popularizing practically.
