摘　　要：目的:从HIS导出患者费用明细文件,解决省医保结算软件中费用明细手工录入带来的耗时、费力、易发生错误的问题。方法:采用Power Builder开发出省医保费用明细导出系统。结果:省医保费用明细导出系统的实现简化了工作流程,降低了人力成本,避免了手工录入带来的差错,提高了工作效率。结论:该系统简单易用,适合所有运行"军卫一号"系统的医院。Objective To export medical insurance expense invoice file based on HIS in order to eliminate the problems by manual operation. Methods Power Builder was used to develop the provincial medical insurance expense invoice export system. Retesults The system had the working flow simplified, the cost decreased and the efficiency enhanced.
