摘　　要：在分析电子江图显示与信息系统数据库需求的基础上 ,提出了建立基于 GIS数据库的数据结构模型 ,讨论了建库方法和建库流程 。On the basis of analyzing demands with Inland-river Electronic Chart and Displa y Information System(IECDIS),this paper presents a setup of data structure model based on GIS.It also discusses a method for setting up database and flow,and gi ves a design for IECDIS of basic concept and prototype of graphic and attribute database.
