肃肺清肠合剂对ARDS患者呼吸力学和血流动力学的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察肃肺清肠合剂对急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)患者呼吸力学和血流动力学的影响。方法:将30例ARDS患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各15例。2组患者在综合治疗基础上,治疗组加服肃肺清肠合剂,50 mL/次,3次/d。治疗14天后,观察2组患者治疗前后呼吸力学和血流动力学指标的变化。结果:2组患者呼吸力学和血流动力学参数均得到明显改善,与治疗前相比有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肃肺清肠合剂能够改善ARDS患者呼吸力学和血流动力学指标。Objective： To observe the effects of SuFei QingChang mixture on hemodynamics and breathing mechanics of ARDS patients. Method： Thirty patients were divided into the control group and the treatment group randomly, 15 cases each group. Beside the comprehensive treatment given to both groups, the treatment group took SuFei QingChang mixture, 50mL each time, three times per day. After treating for 14 days, the changes of indexes in hemodynamics and breathing mechanics were observed in both groups. Result： Parameters of hemodynamics and breathing mechanics in patients of both groups were improved notably, it showed significant difference compared with that before treating （P〈0.05）; the effects of the treatment group were superior to that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： SuFei QingChang mixture could improve the parameters of hemodynamics and breathing mechanics in ARDS patients.
