黄芪建中汤加减配合西药治疗慢性肾炎43例

摘　　要：目的:观察黄芪建中汤加减配合西药治疗慢性肾炎的临床疗效。方法:将86例慢性肾炎患者随机分为观察组、对照组各43例,对照组给予常规西药对症治疗,观察组在此基础上给予黄芪建中汤加减治疗,2组治疗周期为6周,治疗结束后评定疗效,并比较2组血尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(Scr)、24小时尿蛋白(24 hUP)等肾功能指标改善情况。结果:临床总有效率观察组为93.02%,对照组为72.09%,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后2组BUN、Scr、24 hUP等肾功能指标均有不同程度的改善,观察组改善尤为显著,与治疗前及对照组同期比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪建中汤加减配合西药治疗慢性肾炎临床效果显著。Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of modified Hu.angOi JianZhongTang and western medicine in treating chronic nephritis. Method： Eighty-six patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, patients in the control group received routine treatment of western medicine, the observation group took modified HuangOi JianZhong Tang, six weeks were one course of treatment, clinical effects were evaluated after treating and the improvements of renal function indexes including BUN, Scr, 24 hUP were compared in both groups. Result： To- tal effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 93.02% and 72.09%, the difference between both groups was remarkable （P〈0.05）; the indexes of renal function including BUN, Scr, 24 hUP were improved in different degrees after treating, the improvements of the observation group were greater, the differences had statisti- cal meaning when the observation group after treating was compared with itself before treating and the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Modified HuangQi JianZhongTang and western medicine could obtain clinical effects in treat- ing chronic nephritis.
