针刺利咽穴治疗阴虚肺燥型慢性咽炎30例

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺利咽穴治疗阴虚肺燥型慢性咽炎的临床疗效及对肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响。方法:将90例患者随机分为治疗1组、治疗2组和对照组各30例。治疗1组取利咽穴进行针刺治疗,治疗2组选取列缺、照海进行针刺治疗,对照组服用慢严舒柠颗粒进行治疗,观察3组临床疗效并测定治疗后TNF-α水平。结果:总有效率治疗1组为96.67%,明显高于治疗2组(总有效率为83.33%,χ2=3.73,P<0.05)和对照组(总有效率为70.00%,χ2=10.78,P<0.01)。在降低TNF-α方面,3组两两比较均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:针刺利咽穴治疗慢性咽炎疗效显著,并可降低TNF-α水平。Objective： To explore curative efficacy of needling the acupoints of relieving the throat and the effects of the needling on tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α） of patients with chronic pharyngitis of Yin deficiency and pulmonary dryness pattern. Method： Ninety patients were randomized into the first treatment group, the second treatment group and the control group. The first treatment group received needling the acupoints of relieving the throat, the second treatment group needling LieQue （LU7） and ZhaoHai （KI6） and the control group took ManYan ShuNing granules. Level of TNF-α after treating and clinical efficacy of three groups were observed. Result： Total effective rote of the first treatment group was 96.67%, signficantly higher than 83.33% of the second treatment group （X2=-3.73, P〈0.05） and 70.00% of the control group （X2=10.78, P〈0.01）. The comparisons between two of three groups had remarkable differences in lowering the level of TNF-α. Conclusion： Needling the acupoints of relieving the throat could gain notable effects in treating chronic pharyngitis and decrease the level of TNF-α.
