摘  要:基于起重机钢丝绳滑轮疲劳试验台,运用钢丝绳的磁检测技术,研究了钢丝绳周向漏磁场强度随疲劳循环次数的变化规律,发现随着疲劳程度的增加,钢丝绳周向漏磁场强度逐渐增大,磁导率逐渐减小,且沿钢丝绳轴向长度的分布越来越不均匀.研究表明,可以通过分析磁化性质的变化判断钢丝绳的疲劳程度.Based on the fatigue test-bed for the crane steel wire rope and sheave assembly,this study aims at using the magnetic testing technologies for steel wire ropes to identify the rule how the circumferential MFL(Magnetic Flux Leakage) intensity changes along with the numbers of the running cycles.It is fount that along with increment of the fatigue extent,i.e.,the numbers of the running cycles,the circumferential MFL intensity of the wire rope gradually increases while the magnetic permeability gradually decreases.Additionally,the values measured distributes more non-homogeneously along the axle of the wire rope.The results indicates that the fatigue extent of the steel wire rope can be detected by analyzing the changes of the wire rope’s magnetization properties.
