摘　　要：医生思想政治素质的高低和专业技能的娴熟直接关系人民群众的身体健康和生命安全。订单定向免费医学生作为我国医疗卫生事业的后备军,其思想水平的高低直接影响我国医疗卫生行业整体的思想政治水平。订单定向免费医学生思想政治教育主要应从以"两课"课堂教学为核心,以基层社会实践为重点,以提升职业素养为抓手和以心理健康教育为契机等方面下功夫。Doctors＇ideological and political quality and professional skill directly concern people＇s health and life safety. The appointed free medical students are reserves of our medical cause whose ideological level has direct influence on the whole ideological and political level of our medical industry. In the ideological and political education of appointed free medical students, we should take two classes as its core, emphasize the grassroots social practice, improve the vocational accomplishments and attach importance to psychological health education.
