高校“双高”人员思想状况调查与入党工作研究——以新余学院为例

摘　　要：高校经过多年的实践和探索,发展"双高"党员工作力度不断加大,取得可喜成绩,但也存在一些新的问题。以新余学院为例,通过在"双高"非党人员中发放问卷调查,召开部门座谈会、代表座谈会等形式,了解学校"双高"人员的思想状况,对目前高校"双高"人员未主动加入党组织的原因进行认真分析,在此基础上建立高校"双高"人员入党工作新机制。Through many years of practice and exploration, colleges strengthen the party - joining work of teachers with high ideological and professional level. But there are many problems. Taking Xinyu University for example, we know the ideological state of college teachers with high ideological and professional level through issuing questionnaire and panel discussions and analyse the reasons for their not joining party and make the new mechanism for their joining party.
