摘 要:知识产权法学多媒体教学法有较强的优势,但目前对其辅助性功能认知不明,未能适度把握教学节奏和有效处理多媒体信息,教学设计过于形式化。实施该教学法,要"以学生为中心",注重和加强多媒体教学法与其他教学手段的综合运用;构建网络多媒体教学平台,实现课堂教学的延伸;多渠道汇总和利用网络资源,建立校际课件共享机制。Multimedia teaching method in the teaching of Intellectual propertylaw has strong advantages in application. At present,the subsidiarity function has not been clearly recognized. We fail to grasp the teaching rhythm and multimedia information processing moderately. Teaching design is too formal. When applying this teaching method, we must "take the student as the center" and pay attention to and strengthen the integrated use of the multimedia teaching method and other teaching means. We need to build a network multimedia teaching platform to realize the extension of class teaching. We need to collect and make use of network vesanrces in various ways to establish intercollegiate courseware sharing mechanism.
