摘 要:为了弥补传统的模拟式电机匝间绝缘测量仪的不足,提高测量的智能化水平,对模拟匝间绝缘测量仪进行了数字化改造。以MSP430F149单片机为主控制芯片,AD7663为高速采样芯片,用USB接口芯片PDIUSBD12实现单片机与计算机之间的通信,在IAR Embedded Workbench集成开发环境和LabVIEW开发平台下编写相应的软件程序。通过对原有仪器的数字化改造,波形的各种参数得到量化处理,避免了人工判断容易产生的误判、漏判行为,大大提高了检测效率和准确度。Turn-to-turn insulation testers have been widely used in motor industry. In order to make up for the shortage of traditional analog turn-to-turn insulation testers and improve the intelligence level of test, digital transformation is taken for turn-to-turn insulation testers. The design uses MSP430F149 MCU as the main control chip, AD7663 as the high-speed sampling chip, and PDIUSBD12 as the USB interface chip to achieve communication between MSP430F149 MCU and upper computer, and the corresponding software is programmed in IAR Embedded Workbench and LabVlEW. Through digital transformation of the exiting tester, the waveform parameters are quantified, the miscarriage of justice caused by manual test is avoided, and the test effi- ciency and accuracy are greatly improved.
