摘 要:普通电动工具一般采用小型串激电机作为动力源,其定、转子轴心线的同轴度是考量电机装配质量和电机寿命的最重要的指标,而这个指标直接取决于电机机壳的装配定位精度。为了控制电机机壳的精度,需要合适的测量手段来对电机机壳内部的定位基准进行检测。应用配备Calypso软件的德国蔡司(Zeiss)公司的三坐标测量机,制定了3种基于不同基准的测量方案对电机机壳内部的装配定位基准进行同轴度测量。通过对测量结果的比较,确定了一种较为高效、准确的测量方法,为控制电机机壳的精度、提高电机使用寿命提供了有效的手段。The small series motor is generally used in power tools as power source, and the coaxiality of stator and the rotor is the most important index of the assembly quality and working life of motor. However this index is directly based on the motor housing assembly datum accuracy. In order to improve the accuracy, appropriate measurement is very improtant. This paper developed three different measurement methods for motor housing assembly datum coaxiality based on CMM made by German Zeiss company which is equipped with Calypso software, then finalized a more efficient and accurate measurement method, which will improve motor housing precision and working life of motor.
