山羊传染性胸膜肺炎双价灭活疫苗的制备及应用效果

摘　　要：为给山羊传染性胸膜肺炎(CCPP)的防控提供参考依据,运用贵州本地分离的PG3和Y98致病株制备山羊传染性胸膜肺炎双价油乳灭活疫苗,并进行效果检测。结果表明:抗原含量在Y98≥10×109个/mL、PG3≥10×109个/mL时,其免疫抗体阳性率为100%,攻毒保护试验有效率达87.5%以上;应用试验免疫抗体阳性率达90.7%～96.3%,免疫山羊经2011—2012年饲养观察,未见其他不良免疫反应和疑似传染性胸膜肺炎的发生。表明,Y98、PG3双价油乳灭活疫苗对山羊传染性胸膜肺炎具有良好的免疫保护和使用安全性。The bivalent inactivated emulsifiable vaccine made from local PG3 and Y98 strains against contagious caprine pleuropneumonia（CCPP） was detected to provide the reference basis for prevention and control of CCPP.The results showed that the immunity antibody positive rate of PG3 and Y98 strains with more than 10×109/mL antigen was 100% and the effective rate and immunity antibody positive rate in the protection test and application test was over 87.5% and 90.7%~96.3% respectively.There were no harmful immune response and suspected CCPP in immunized goats during the test period from 2011 to 2012,which indicates that the bivalent inactivated emulsifiable vaccine of PG3 and Y98 strains has the good immune protection and use safety against contagious caprine pleuropneumonia.
