摘 要:为给提高昆明小鼠的生长繁殖性能提供参考依据,研究了葵花籽对昆明小鼠生长繁殖性能的影响。结果表明:葵花籽组(3g、6g和12g)与空白组昆明小鼠的生长性能(体重)差异不显著,葵花籽6g和12g组的产子数、离乳数分别为12.63只/只、11.21只/只和12.65只/只、11.25只/只,与空白组相比分别增加1.26只/只、1.28只/只和1.37只/只、1.41只/只,存在显著差异。葵花籽6g组与12g组间差异不显著,因此每只每周2次饲喂葵花籽6g即可满足昆明小鼠的生长繁殖需求。The effects of sunflower seed on growth and reproduction performances of Kunming Mice(KM Mice) were studied to provide a reference for enhancing the growth and reproduction performances of KM Mice.The results showed that the growth performance had no significant difference between the feeding sunflower seed group(3 g,6 g and 12 g)and blank group.Litter size and number of weaning of the feeding 6 g sunflower seed group,the feeding 12 g sunflower seed group were 12.63 and 11.21,12.65 and 11.25 respectively.There were significant difference between these groups and the blank group,which increased 1.26 and 1.28,1.37 and 1.41 respectively.There was no significant difference between the feeding 6 g sunflower seed group and the feeding 12 g sunflower seed group.The need can be met when the KM Mice were feed 6 g sunflower seed twice a week in the reproductive period.
