农户对农信通手机信息服务模式的认可度调查分析

摘　　要：为了解农户对"农信通"手机信息服务模式的认可度,为当地政府和农信通运营商为农业生产信息服务制度的创新提供参考,采用2012年陕西省千阳县11个乡镇223户农信通用户的微观平面数据,利用二元Logistic回归模型对千阳县农信通实施状况从农户视角进行了认可度影响因素研究。结果表明:农户自身变量对农信通认可度影响不显著;对农信通信息内容的针对性、完整性、真实性认可度影响显著,对信息成本影响不显著;对服务质量中人工热线服务质量影响显著,信息发送频率、信息发送守时性影响不显著;农户所处农业信息服务环境对农信通认可度影响显著。最后针对分析结果提出了提高农信通手机信息服务模式认可度的建议。In order to understand the degree of recognition of farmers on Nongxintong mobile phone information service mode,the authors used micro level data of 223 farmers from 11 villages and towns in Qianyang County of Shaanxi Province to provide a reference for local government and agricultural communication operators,so as to make innovation on agricultural production information service system.And used binary logistic regression model to analyze factors influencing the implement of Nongxintong from the perspective of farmers’ recognition.The results showed that the variables of the farmers’ characteristics had no significant influence on farmers’ recognition.In the variables of farmers’ recognition to Nongxintong information quality,information content relevance,integrity,authenticity were significant but information cost was not significant.In the variables of farmers’ recognition to Nongxintong service quality,artificial hotline service was significant but message sending frequency and punctuality were not significant.The agricultural information service environment farmers stayed was significant.In the end,the author explained the results and gave some suggestions to improve the recognition of Nongxintong mobile phone information service pattern.
