河北省农村环境与经济协调发展的评价

摘　　要：为了对河北省农村环境与经济的协调发展提供理论依据,采取定量分析协调度的方法,对河北省农村环境与经济的协调程度进行了评价分析。结果表明:一方面河北省农村生产发展过程中出现了不可避免对环境的破坏;另一方面在经济发展方式上更加侧重粗放式发展,以环境的破坏来换取经济的发展,使得河北省的农村环境与农村经济处于不协调状态。提出了采取加强科技指导、规范农业生产,合理布局农村乡镇企业、加强排污管理,继续推进农村清洁能源的推广使用等措施,以实现河北省农村环境和农村经济的协调发展。The coordination degree of rural environment and economy in Hebei Province was analyzed through a quantitative analysis of coordination degree to provide a theoretical reference for the coordinated development of rural environment and economy in Hebei Province.The results showed that the environment was destroyed inevitably in the development process of rural production.And extensive economic development model caused the incompatible development of rural environment and economy in Hebei.Meanwhile,suggestions and countermeasures were proposed to achieve coordinated development of rural environment and economy,including strengthening guidance in science and technology,regulating agricultural production,distributing township enterprises rationally,enhancing sewage management,promoting the generalization of rural clean energy continuously.
