摘　　要：为寻求以土地流转促进新型城镇化与农业现代化协调同步发展的路径,通过解读有关政策和梳理相关文献,对农村土地流转的形式和范围进行界定,并归纳了目前国内对土地流转稀薄性、动因和融资分析三方面的研究,以挖掘土地流转的内涵和形成机理,并指出土地流转是上承城镇化建设,下启现代农业发展,是中国目前及日后很长时期土地政策的必然。By reviewing the documents,defining the form and scope of the rural land circulation,three aspects of rural land circulation research were referred at present,such as the positive,the reasons and the financing analysis of land circulation,so as to search synchronous and harmonious development path of new-type urbanization and agricultural modernization promoted by land circulation.The author explored the connotation and the formation mechanism,pointed out that land circulation was bearing on the urbanization construction,revving the modern agricultural development,and land circulation was inevitable in a very long period of the land policy in China.
