摘 要:介绍了2012年汛期的黄河雨情、水情概况,分析了兰州站、龙门站、潼关站4次编号洪水的雨情、洪水来源及组成情况,结果表明:同量级降雨条件下,2012年的产流量和产沙量偏低;无控制区来水对洪峰和洪量的贡献加大。建议:①建立可视化的洪水预报调度耦合交互平台;②加强黄河中游地区变化条件下的雨洪、雨沙关系研究,修订已有的预报方案;③加快河口镇—龙门区间、龙门—三门峡区间暴雨洪水预警预报系统建设。This paper introduced the rainfall and flood regimes of the Yellow River during flood season in 2012 and analyzed the rainfall,flood source and composition of four typical floods at Lanzhou,Longmen and Tongguan stations.The results show that: the flood runoff and sediment yield are lower under the same rainfall conditions and the contribution of runoff coming from uncontrolled area to the flood peak and flood volume increases in 2012.Recommendations: 1) to establish visualized flood forecast and regulation coupling interaction platform;2) to strengthen the study on relations between rainfall and flood,rainfall and sediment under the varied conditions in the middle Yellow River region,and to amend the existing forecast schemes;3) to speed up the construction of rainfall and flood forecasting and warning system in Hekouzhen to Longmen region and Longmen to Sanmenxia region.
