摘　　要：从场址选择、运营管理及封场修复3个方面对国外垃圾填埋场全生命周期管理进行分析,探讨了Drastic、Monavari 95-2、GIS、USEPA、AHP等技术在场址选择上的应用,梳理填埋场运营管理的各类监控指标,比较了目标值法、风险评估法、绩效法等在封场后续管理方面的使用。The lifecycle management of waste landfill sites abroad was analyzed from three aspects of site selection, operation management and post-closure care. The application of Drastic, Monavari 95-2, GIS, USEPA and AHP methods in site selection was discussed. Kinds of monitoring indicators of operation management were summarized. And the use of three different methods （target value, risk assessment and performance） for managing waste landfill sites after closure was compared.
