摘  要:地理国情监测是国家测绘地理信息局"十二五规划"中的一项重要战略性工程。文章利用面向对象的遥感分类技术对天津市中心城区和新四区水域监测专题进行了分析,给出了利用面向对象的遥感分类技术进行地理国情的关键技术流程,通过实地调查的方式对定量监测结果进行了核查,为地理国情监测地表覆盖监测专题累积了生产经验。The National Geomatics Monitoring(NGM) is an important strategy projects which initiated by China Na- tional Administration of Surveying, Mapping and Geoinfimnation during the Twelfth Five Years Plan. The water cover are- a of Tianjin city is analyzed by the method of ohject orientation classification of remote sensing image,and the key chart flow of object orientation classification which applied on NGM is presented in this paper as well. The quality of water cover area of Tianjin city is obtained by processing the remote sensing image by the method of object orienlation classification and checked on the spot investigation. The process of remote sensing image processing is very useful to expend the proc, eeding of NGM.
