摘　　要：如何解决建立数字城市所面临的空间信息快速获取、海量数据处理和管理及信息高速互通与交流问题,本文将以2010年天津市域1∶2 000数字正射影像图(DOM)制作为案例,从数字航空摄影、像控点建库及测量、POS辅助空中三角测量、DEM计算与实时编辑、数字正射影像整体色调调整以及正射影像影像库管理系统建设等方面结合实际生产总结一套正射影像图的快速制作方法。How to solve quick access to spatial information, massive data processing and management, and informa- tion high-speed interoperability and exchange of facing the establishment of Digital City. This article will be in 2010, Tianjin city 1 ： 2000 digital orthophoto map （DOM）production for the case from digital aerial photogrammetry, building database and measuring of image control point, POS-supported aerial triangulation, DEM calculation and real-time edi- ting, digital orthophoto map whole hue adjustment and management system construction of DOM Image Database combina- tion with actual production to summarize the rapid production of DOM.
