摘　　要：近年来,发展智能电网成为世界主要国家能源战略的重点内容之一。福岛核事故发生以后,日本加速了智能电网的发展进程。目前,日本在智能电网的战略规划、推广机制、技术研究、项目示范与国际合作、标准制定等多个方面都进行了积极的探索,并取得了一定的进展,其推进措施与机制对我国智能电网的发展具有启示和借鉴意义。从长远来看,我国应该重视智能电网的市场化战略定位,创新智能电网项目的推广模式,拓展智能电网技术研究领域以及积极开拓海外市场。Recently, developing smart grid becomes one of key elements of world major countries＇energy strat- egies. After the Fukushima nuclear accident, Japan accelerated the process of smart grid development. Currently, Japan makes positive exploration and makes some progress on strategy planning, promotion mechanism, technology research, demonstration projects and international cooperation, standard setting. Japan＇s promotion measurements and mechanism have implications for China. In the long run, China should value smart grid marketization location, innovate in the promotion mode of smart grid, expand the technology research fields of smart grid and actively explore the overseas markets.
