摘  要:以浙江嘉兴发电厂三期工程2台百万机组为例,对西门子T-3000 DEH系统的可靠性进行了研究。发现发电机并网初期存在逆功率现象,为此设计了安全、简单可靠的控制回路予以消除。原厂设计的主机保护系统中,包括硬超速回路、手动停机按钮、LVDT信号和供电等控制回路在设计上存在较大的安全隐患,对此提出了相应的优化措施。对报警和通信系统提出了改进意见。By taking two 1 000 MW units in Phase-Ⅲ project of Zhejiang Jiaxing Power Plant as an example, the paper investigates reliability of Siemens T-3000 DEH system. It is found that there was reverse-power in early synchronization of generators, which got eliminated by designed safe, simple and reliable control circuit. It is detected that there were safety hazards in turbine protection system designed by Siemens, including design of hard overspeed circuit, manual shutdown button, LVDT signal and power supply. The paper proposes corresponding optimization measures; it discusses to perfect alarm and communication and proposes suggestions on improvement.
